How can I get from Lemnos to Chios?
There are a few different ways that you can get from Lemnos to Chios. The most popular option is to take the ferry, which departs from the port of Moudros on Lemnos and arrives in the port of Karlovasi on Chios.
The Limnos ferry terminal is 191 kilometers northwest of Chios. So, the journey takes approximately seven and a half hours, depending on the ferry line and the weather conditions. It’s available twice per week. So, be proactive and create your schedule in order to fit into your timeline!
In the summer, a one-way pedestrian crossing costs around 22.50 euros, while a one-way car crossing costs around 112.5 euros. It’s more expensive because you bring your vehicle. Cross-check the prices between bringing your own car or motorcycle and renting one.
